My Happy Song

In my opinion, EVERYONE should have at least one "Happy Song". Thats the song that when you hear, no matter how you're feeling, no matter what kind of day you've had; it just makes you feel...happy!

One of mine is "Jump" by Van Halen. And no, I don't think I could ever even begin to explain why. It has no link to any previous memory or anything. Its just my happy song. ♥ And it makes me bop!

"I get up, and nothing gets me down.
You got it tough. I've seen the toughest around.
And I know, baby, just how you feel.
You've got to roll with the punches to get to whats real..."

Whats your happy song?

I like the new layout! I'm having such a hard time thinking of my happy song. I have lot's of favorite songs, but they are all tied to some sort of dramatic memory over the last year or so. My favorite makes me feel loved song is You Are Mine by Mute Math. Sorry, that's the best I can do right now. HaHa.

Just stumbled upon your blog! What a fun discussion question. I think my favorite happy song is Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry, Be Happy". haha so cliche, but every time I hear it I smile!

I like the song "Mayberry" by Rascal Flatts, lol... it makes me happy. That and the "Happy Working Song" that Amy Adams sings in "Enchanted."

Cookies: what kind do you want? Christmas shapes or something similar? Lakeland have some nice Christmassy ones (well, houses and gingerbread men!) which leave an imprint on the dough as well as cutting out. Then there's 'cakes, cookies and craft shop'-has a nice selection, but you can get something pretty similar from Amazon, it's the Faringdon set of 7 Christmas Cookie Cutters. Tesco do some plastic ones, but I cannot find them online.
